-
Hatha - The classical form of yogic breathing and asanas, from which most Westernised forms of yoga originate
-
Iyengar - Precisely alligned poses, using a variety of props
-
Kundalini - An invigorating and fluid practice, intended to release the kundalini energy
-
Viniyoga - Highly personalised practice, with adaptations to suit the individual
-
Vinyasa (power) - An active and athletic form of yoga, flowing from one asana to the next
-
YinI- A meditative form of yoga, with passive poses where gravity does its work in order to lengthen connective tissue
I predominately offer tuition in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, as well as children's yoga.
